An entrepreneur turned international author is aiming to kick-start business success in the region with the launch of a major new event.
Paul Wakefield is bringing some of the UK’s most successful business owners, professional speakers and entrepreneurs to Newcastle to share the secrets of their business and personal development.
No Excuses No Limits will see a number of international speakers taking to the stage to inspire current and budding entrepreneurs and business leaders at the Thistle Hotel, Newcastle, on 28 and 29 May.
Paul Wakefield is an online and offline marketing expert and business coach who runs three small global businesses from Northumberland as part of the Wakefield Group.
He is also author of No Excuses No Limits, published by Filament Publishing and on sale in 24 different countries.
Among the speakers at the No Excuses No Limits event is Wearside-born fitness entrepreneur and former TV Apprentice candidate Katie Bulmer-Cooke.
Also on the bill is transformational trainer and international speaker Amanda Brown, founder of The Leading Ladies Company, which inspires women to succeed in business.
Joining them is Pete Rea, an entrepreneur who made his fortune at 21, lost everything by 35, before building another multimillion pound enterprise.
Other speakers include serial entrepreneur Ketan Makwana, trainer and motivator Terry Careswell of Ignite Firewalking, social media expert Zoe Cairns and didgeridoo ‘therapist’ Gregg Chapman.
Free publicity expert Rachel Taplin, inspirational holistic therapist Christine Deponio and co-founder of El Shaddai Charitable Trust Enita Edgar will also speak at the anticipated event.
Paul Wakefield, who will too be speaking at the event, said: “This event is for ambitious business owners who are doing well but want to do better and are truly ready to embrace change. It’s also for people who are looking to start a new business but are frightened to take the leap.
“They will discover how to start, grow and succeed in business on a shoestring budget and gain insights from some of the UK’s most successful business owners, professional speakers and entrepreneurs. They will also walk away feeling like they can achieve whatever they want in life and business.”
Lara Weller, founder of the innovative event management business Excelsior, has been at the forefront of No Excuses No Limits which will initially be held in Newcastle before dates in London and Sheffield later in the year. In the longer term, Paul is aiming to launch the concept overseas, particularly in the US and Australia.
The entrepreneur and business coach also supports a child rescue charity called El Shaddai in India and is currently working to set up a call centre there to create jobs and prosperity for young people who are rescued.
