Darlington-based property preservation firm BCS Preservation specialises in providing environmental and building services throughout the UK.
The Company has a wealth of knowledge in a wide variety of property concerns from damp proofing and rising damp control to cavity wall tie replacements and radon gas treatment.
After working with Harvey & Hugo for three years, the firm has invested in The Pack’s PR, content marketing, social media, photography and graphic design services to raise awareness of the business throughout the UK.
To build BCS Preservation’s brand to solicitors, councils, architects, estate agents and more across the UK, showcasing the team’s excellent reputation and skills.
Solicitors, councils, architects, estate agents and schools.
Over the three years The Pack has worked with BCS Preservation to increase brand awareness. We achieved this through PR, social media and content marketing, which included three press releases, regular blogs, infographics, event promotion, a logo rebrand and a Jack social media package.
The press releases focused on the growth of the firm, contract wins, anniversary and charity fundraising activities.
To ensure the website was informative and up-to-date we generated ideas for content which included company updates, industry news and property preservation hints and tips. We also wrote regular blogs and case studies which were also promoted on social media.
To help increase awareness of the business to its target market we also manged the firm’s social media accounts. Getting involved with topical property related news and engaging with the target market helped to achieve our goal.
We created a company infographic to showcase not only the team members and services, but also the firm’s accreditations and charitable fundraising activities.
To help further keep the website up-to-date and help create visual social media content, we also took photos of the BCS Preservation team which included head shots and group photos.
We were approached by BCS Preservation to help the firm develop new ideas for its logo. The Pack’s design team was challenged to ensure we incorporated the three key areas of the business: preservation, environmental and property projects.
We developed concepts for the logo including shapes, fonts and colours and created over 10 designs for the team. Below is the final version of the rebranded logo we produced.
BCS Property Club
As a firm which is always looking for ways to develop the property industry and help others, the BCS Preservation team decided they wanted to host a monthly networking club for fellow property gurus and The Pack was more than happy to help with the promotion of the events.
The promotion of the events included setting up and managing an Eventbrite page, generating social media content, writing the event e-invites and manging the distribution of the e-invites.
We also managed LinkedIn adverts to help spread awareness of the events. We did this by creating the content, setting up and managing the ad and its budget.
We managed to achieve some fantastic results for the firm both off and online through social media and press releases. You can see examples of the results below:
Number of followers at the start of the social media campaign (April 2016): 2199
