Punch Robson is a traditional mixed-practice high street law firm based in the Tees Valley. The firm takes pride in its local heritage and has played an active role in the region’s community for over 140 years.
To improve the brand visibility of Punch Robson, with a focus on raising awareness of the firm’s commercial services, andhelp to increase its digital presence through social media, website content and PR.
To increase the firm’s visibility among Tees Valley businesses, we wrote and distributed four press release to the region’s media, which focussed on the following:
• Team expansion
• News from the commercial team
• Legal career advice
To ensure the website was informative and up-to-date we generated ideas for content which included company and team updates. We also helped to update services pages, wrote employee bios and regular blogs which were also promoted on social media.
To help increase awareness of the business to its target market we also manged the firm’s social media accounts. Not only did we share company news, we got involved with topical legal news and engaging with the target audience to achieve our overall goal.
As passionate networkers, The Pack loves to help plan and create content for events. We were thrilled to be asked to help Punch Robson develop designs for its annual Beaujolais Nouveau Day. The promotion of the event included designing and distributing an e-newsletter, generating social media content, producing and managing the printing of a table plan and place cards.
To accompany the press releases, we took press shots to document the company’s story. We’ve also popped along to
the firm’s office to take group and individual photos and head shots of members of the team for social media and for the website.
Using our in-house design skills, we created a company infographic, highlighting the team and its experience.

In January 2018 we started to post content on Punch Robson’s Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, increasing
followers across the three platforms by a total of 394 as of the end of 2018.
In that time period, posts on social media reached a total of 323,890 people, with 10,967 pieces of engagement.
