Darlington-based We do HR is urging businesses and individuals to act fast to get involved in the event, at Rockcliffe Hall Golf Resort on 6th August, with tee-off spots running out quickly.
All funds raised on the day will be donated to Butterwick Hospice, which supports children and adults across the North East who suffer from life limiting illnesses.
Competitions on the day include ‘longest drive’, ‘nearest the pin’ and ‘beat the pro’, which will see players driving against a course professional with a cash prize at stake.
After the game, players will enjoy a spectacular two-course dinner at a presentation evening where there will also be a raffle and prize-giving in categories including ‘best team’ and ‘highest individual score’.
Alasdair Ross, managing director of We Do HR, said: “We’re delighted to once again run our golf day, which enables us to support the hugely valuable work of Butterwick Hospice.
“This year’s event promises to be even bigger and better than last year’s and, with tickets running out fast, I would urge interested parties to get their tickets now.”
Participants on the day will be able to make use of the first-rate practice facilities at Rockliffe Hall before playing 18 Holes of championship golf in a 4-ball Stableford full handicap competition where the best two scores from each team will count.
There will also be a ‘welcome to Rockliffe’ talk which will allow players to gain valuable insights into how best to approach what is one of the longest courses in England.
Bookings are available for individuals and teams of four, with tickets costing £65 per person. Contact Hannah Ross on 01325 488425 or email@example.com to book.
