It’s nearing Valentine’s Day, and, as the nation’s thoughts turn once again to romance, The Pack are definitely feeling the love.
At Harvey & Hugo, we’re all about relationships, both with our clients and with each other. Those relationships are key to building a successful brand, but, just like real-life, they need constant nurturing – there’s no taking each other for granted here!

Our clients are often surprised to learn that they’re not our biggest priority; their target audience is. We want to know what makes them tick – what social media do they use, what events do they attend, what touches their heart?
All too often we find that clients focus on creating the content that they like, and, while it’s true that their beliefs and culture need to be showcased, ultimately they need to create the sort of content that’s going to make their target audience aware of them. Only then will they be able to build that all-important community with a loyal following.

To deliver a great brand-building service, we believe that the team behind it must have be strong. At The Pack, we’re constantly working on our relationship with each other; listening, communicating, supporting. To deliver a strong service, everyone is involved; account managers, executives, writers and videographers – as Pack member Jenn is fond of reminding us, there’s no I in team.
And like all the best relationships, we ensure we have fun too – regular Pack date nights are a frequent fixture of our calendar, and there’s not a day goes by where Pack HQ isn’t filled with laughter.
