NC Insurance

I first met with Harvey & Hugo in 2013 after someone I knew recommended their services to us.  We had originally conducted our PR in-house but felt now was the time to consider leaving it to the experts. It was during discussions that it became evident that Harvey & Hugo were exactly the type of company we wanted to work with as they were local, ethical, professional and extremely easy to deal with. LOGO

When I reviewed our marketing plan and requirements for 2014 we not only decided to use Harvey & Hugo for our PR but also our social media which again had historically been dealt with in-house. I’m pleased to confirm that we made the right decision as Charlotte, Sarah, Amy and the whole team at Harvey & Hugo are fantastic to deal with. Whilst that in itself is desirable, it was really results that we were after and I’m pleased to confirm these were delivered. From extensive media coverage when we took on new staff to helping us build and nurture relationships online via LinkedIn and Twitter, Harvey & Hugo helped us at every stage with regular updates and performance analysis.

Harvey & Hugo is a company we expect to continue working with in the future as we really see them as an extension to our own marketing team. The reason being that they take a genuine interest in NC Insurance and they share the same values of being dedicated, ethical and professional as we do.

I personally was quite a late adopter when it came to social media as I was always sceptical about ROI. I do now see it as an essential part of our marketing mix and we have Harvey & Hugo to thank for that. For any company, marketing manager or marketing director looking for a fresh approach to promoting their business, I’d definitely recommend contacting Harvey & Hugo and seeing how they can help you.
