When it comes to launching a PR campaign, people are often surprised by what is involved, so we thought we’d share some things you will need to consider beforehand.
Although you may not know specifically how much you want to spend before you speak to us, you still need to have an idea of how much money you are willing to use on your specific campaign. We offer a range of packages but also pride ourselves on being flexible. This means we offer bespoke campaigns and will always aim to work within your budget as much as possible. We believe our prices realistically reflect our work and services but they may not fit everyone’s budget.
Implementing an effective PR campaign takes time. While our role is to make your life easier, at first we may require several meetings / conversations with you and / or your team, so it’s important there is time for these to take place. It may be that after an initial conversation, you realise it’s not an appropriate time to start a campaign just yet. We don’t mind if this is the case, as long as we are made aware and not left in the dark.
An initial conversation will often lead to further meetings and following these, proposals being written. As we tailor each proposal to suit the needs of individual clients, these documents take time and care to produce. We are aware circumstances can change quickly, therefore if upon receiving a proposal, you are no longer wish to proceed with the campaign, we just ask to be kept informed of this.
Understand the aims of your PR campaign
Although we can help you to figure out the specifics, it’s good for you to have a realistic idea of what your PR campaign needs to achieve. A single press release is not going to turn your 20 cover restaurant into a multimillion pound food franchise in a matter of months, but it will certainly make people start taking notice of you, which is a great place to start.
We know PR is often seen as a luxury to many people, but it’s one we believe you can’t afford not to have. When you’re ready to pick up the phone or send us an email, we’ll be here to help get you started.
