PR and marketing agency Harvey & Hugo has added new members of staff to its team as a result of a growing client base in its home town of Darlington.
Harvey & Hugo, which has offices in Newcastle and Darlington, has appointed Sue Thompson as account manager to handle ongoing clients and develop the marketing side of the business.
Previous to her appointment Sue managed her own North East company, Catch Design Management and for the last seven years has dealt with design and marketing projects for a range of clients regionally and nationally.
Prior to setting up her own business, Sue worked for a range of public and private sector businesses having started in public relations for the Environment Agency in the North West before moving to its head office in Bristol to work in the national publications team.
Sue said:” I am excited to join the Harvey & Hugo team. The company already has some excellent clients which I am looking forward to dealing with and I hope there will be some opportunities for me to add to that growing client list.”
Managing director Charlotte Nichols commented: “I’m very pleased Sue has joined the team. Sue brings with her a wealth of experience in marketing, design and web projects to strengthen our overall offering.”
In addition, Harvey & Hugo recently recruited Amy Allum, a Publishing graduate of Middlesex University as account executive.
Amy commented: “’It’s great to be part of such an amazing team and I’m really excited about the future of Harvey & Hugo.”’
